Without putting you, the reader, on the rack unnecessarily. In the end, it was also unspectacular. Parts were well packed. No major defects. Price performance ok. Even if I will not install the glove box, the cascade and the handlebar cover, because they are clearly the Lusso and not the PX old to be assigned, what originally came from Italy is now implemented no worse.
The topic of PX old and Lusso will pop up here more often. I have the frame used, (you get new only the Lusso frame) but I build my “PX old” new and that still brings work and consequences with it …
The trained eye also notices at the latest now that I have chosen black. The color choice was extremely difficult for me – but I am happy with it. Besides, black is not a color. LOL. But I will also reach for the spray can to refine one or the other part or just match it with black to the new parts. Even if that is not my everyday discipline.

To celebrate the day, I screw the old helmet hook to the new chassis. But that was the only thing that was screwed that evening.
No matter where I look, I see only work, tasks and questions. Or necessary decisions.
The order list of the necessary small parts is a mile long (without even addressing the topic of the engine).
But it still feels good and like a starting shot and becomes true. A first moment of anticipation.
